How do I make an appointment?
To schedule a window cleaning service, call (801) 566-0300 to speak to one of our friendly schedulers. If you are a new customer, call and we can send someone out to your house to provide a free quote.
How do I pay for your services?
Payment is due upon completion of the work. You may pay by check, cash, or call in the office with a credit card number.
What happens if I cancel?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If not, a $20 cancellation charge will be assessed.
What do you do if it rains?
Rain does not get windows dirty. Dust does. If there is just a light rain, we will still come out to the house to clean the windows. If there is a heavy rain with high winds, feel free to call us and reschedule. No cancellation charge will apply. We also reserve the right to reschedule because of inclement weather.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Before our technicians leave your house, feel free to do a walkthrough to make sure our work meets your expectations. Our technicians will fix any problems you find. If you are not satisfied with your windows, please call us within 24 hours of your service and we will come out free of charge to resolve the issue.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
For exterior cleanings, you do not have to be home as long as:
- All gates are unlocked
- All pets are put away
- A credit card has been used to reserve appointment
